At Wervona, we’re dedicated to getting your fitness equipment delivered safely and on time. Our Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If there is any delay due to stock issues or high demand, our team will notify you via email right away.


Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location and the product type:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic – USA): 5–10 business days

  • Large Equipment or Freight Shipments: 7–15 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: May take slightly longer

We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives safely.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners including:
UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL

For large or heavy items such as gym racks, benches, or machines, we may use freight delivery services to ensure safe handling.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on most U.S. orders unless otherwise stated.

  • Heavy or Oversized Items: Some large products may incur additional shipping charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • International Orders: Currently, Wervona ships only within the United States.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Wervona is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@wervona.com.
Changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@wervona.com.
