At Wervona, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and return policy is designed to give you a smooth, transparent, and fair experience in case you need to return a product or request a refund.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Assembled or used gym equipment

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Offer a full refund, based on the situation


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or file a refund request:

Include: Your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
Return Address: Provided upon request

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items to ensure safe delivery.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to large gym machines or weight sets, depending on the condition of the returned item.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, please follow the return process after receiving your order.
