You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order

Certain products cannot be returned:

• Assembled or used gym equipment

• Custom or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You’ll be notified via email

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Want to exchange an item for a different model or size?

A 15% restocking fee may apply on large gym machines or weight sets, depending on the condition of the returned item.

🔁 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
